Questions
Before you set one up
- What does it cost?
- Nothing. Alerts are part of a free account — you only need to be signed in so we know where to send the email.
- How often do the emails arrive?
- Only when a listing matches your criteria. There is no daily or weekly send.
- Can I pause or delete an alert?
- Yes. Every alert can be paused, edited or deleted in your account, and alert emails can be switched off in notification settings.
- Do sellers see my alerts?
- No. Alerts stay in your account and sellers are not notified about them.
