Right of Withdrawal
If you are a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

14-day withdrawal period
Consumers may withdraw from a service contract within 14 days of conclusion without giving any reason, by unambiguous statement to ZONDY GROUP s.r.o..
Digital services
If you request immediate activation and acknowledge the consequence, the service will start at once. Once fully provided, the right of withdrawal ceases.
Refund timeline
Should you validly withdraw, all payments received will be refunded within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notice.
1. Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which the contract is concluded.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us — ZONDY GROUP s.r.o., ZONDY GROUP s.r.o., Věry Pánkové 829/2, 779 00 Olomouc, Czech Republic, e-mail [email protected] — by means of an unambiguous statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an e-mail) of your decision to withdraw from this contract.
You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not obligatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
2. Consequences of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract.
We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.
3. Special rules for digital services
If you have requested that the performance of services begins during the withdrawal period, you shall pay us an amount which is in proportion to what has been provided until the point at which you have communicated your withdrawal from this contract, in comparison with the full coverage of the contract.
If you have expressly requested that the service starts during the withdrawal period and acknowledged that once the service is fully provided you will lose your right of withdrawal, the right of withdrawal ceases upon full provision of the service.
For one-time visibility boosts (such as a listing highlight or top slot), the service is considered fully provided at the moment it is activated and begins to display on the selected listing. No refund is due in that case, unless the service was defective due to an error on our side.
For subscriptions, cancelling your subscription prevents the next renewal but does not entitle you to a refund for the ongoing paid period unless required by law or the service demonstrably failed due to an error on our side.
